Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name, case number, or other term entered in an embedded search tool is delivered to the outside provider that operates that feature. The provider processes the query and returns its result. Monroe County Court Docket does not store or log the search terms on its own system.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If a visitor sends an email, the message may be kept long enough to review and answer it. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Routine server and analytics records may collect technical facts when a page loads.
- The device's internet protocol address
- Browser name, version, device type, and operating system
- Pages viewed and approximate time spent on them
- The referring page or service, when available
- The date and time associated with a page request
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small device files that help measure site use, including popular pages and points where visits end. Analytics vendors may combine those events into general traffic reports. A browser can block or remove cookies, although doing so may alter how some features behave.
What We Do With This Data
Collected data supports the operation and upkeep of the service.
- Keep pages available and improve loading performance
- Send an entered query to the provider selected by the visitor
- Measure which pages are useful and where content may need work
- Diagnose errors, abuse, and other technical problems
- Present advertising that may reflect a visitor's interests
No Court-Record Data on File
Monroe County Court Docket does not host, sell, maintain, or compile a database of personal court cases. It explains how to reach the Circuit Clerk, the Circuit Court, Monroe County District Court departments, and Search ARCourts. Visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports, and this site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
An outside company supplies each embedded search tool. Its own privacy policy governs the information submitted to it, including retention and disclosure practices. Review that policy before entering a query because Monroe County Court Docket cannot control the provider's handling of the data.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Arkansas court pages, clerk directories, Search ARCourts, legal-aid resources, or commercial tools. Once a visitor leaves this site, the destination's privacy terms apply. Read them before sharing personal information.
Advertising providers may use their own technology to measure activity across websites and select ads. Such tracking occurs on the provider's systems.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal information is not sold. Limited data may reach these recipients when needed for their stated function.
- A search provider that processes a query
- Analytics services that measure traffic and performance
- Advertising networks that place or measure ads
- A government body or law-enforcement agency acting under a valid legal demand
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable, commonly used safeguards are applied to collected information. No internet-connected system can promise absolute security, however, and this policy does not guarantee that a breach or technical failure can never occur.
Users Under 18
The service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If information from a minor is identified, a request may be made to remove it.
Your Data Rights
Rights can depend on the visitor's residence and applicable Arkansas consumer-protection and privacy law. Subject to those limits, a visitor may ask what personal information is held, request correction or deletion, and opt out of certain processing where the law provides that choice.
- Request access to personal information held about the visitor
- Ask that inaccurate information be corrected
- Seek deletion when a legal exception does not require retention
- Exercise an available opt-out right for covered processing
